In the past, Rick Forrester (Jacob Young – pictured left with Colin Egglesfield), on The Bold and the Beautiful, has gone from good guy, to very bad guy, to very good guy once again.  Now Rick is left with the unfortunate task of looking into the eyes of his older brother, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), who has clearly taken his desire for control of Forrester Creations, coupled with his hate for Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), way too far.

Knowing Ridge tried to commit fraud in his attempt to “protect” their father, Eric Forrester (John McCook) and their company, will Rick take the steps necessary to supersede his brother’s seniority?  Will Rick regain control of Forrester Creations while their father is bedridden and Eric’s new bride, Quinn, is at his bedside?

For a significant period of time Rick’s arrogant behavior following his ex-wife’s betrayal was far too over-the-top.  However, now, Rick might be seen as the savior of Forrester Creations since Ridge appears to have lost all appropriate judgement. With Ridge at the helm, Forrester could fall into deep trouble.  With Rick at the helm, trouble may be averted.
