It was an honor and a pleasure to chat with Marie Wilson (portrays Morgan Firestone) and Kyle Lowder (Executive Producer & Actor), in anticipation of the release of the second season of Ladies of the Lake on June 19th on Amazon Prime Video! Marie and Kyle teased some hints about the direction the second season will take, as well as some of the differences between taping for the 3-part mini-series vs. taping for a soap operas.
Kyle Lowder also shared some of the thoughts and strategies involved when he and Michael Caruso (Executive Producer & Writer) began writing S2, expanding the original Ladies of the Lake which was based on the novel by Ken Corday (Executive Producer), eluding to the “darker” directions season 2 will bring to the screen.
Wilson and Lowder also share some tidbits as to the impact of some of the new additions to the series, including Rob Wilson, who apparently shares several scenes with Marie Wilson.
