MARY BETH EVANS AND STEPHEN NICHOLS
TO HOST BENEFIT PERFORMANCE & RECEPTION
Stars of NBC’s Days of our Lives to perform in staged reading to benefit One World Stage & Screen, a charity focused on helping at-risk youth
What: On Sunday, Nov. 13, Mary Beth Evans and Stephen Nichols, who have portrayed the iconic Patch & Kayla on NBC’s Days of our Lives for more than 30 years, will take the stage for a staged reading of Annapurna, by Sharr White. In this benefit performance, Evans and Nichols will portray former lovers who come together, in a trailer park in the middle of nowhere, for a final reckoning – two people, one room and a breathtaking story about the longevity of love.
Proceeds from the benefit will go to One World Stage & Screen, a nonprofit that provides high quality training to young actors who lack the financial resources necessary to cultivate their craft. The organization specializes in youth ages 11 – 21, with special outreach to foster and LGBT communities.
Following the 60-minute performance, the two daytime TV stars will host a dessert and cocktail reception, where they will mix and mingle with attendees. In addition to this unique, one night only performance, the evening will also include a raffle and red carpet photo opportunities.

This performance was amazing! Mary Beth and Stephen connect in a way very few actors do. I was so fortunate to be able to experience it and to help support such a wonderful cause. The special guest appearances were a nice bonus. On the way in or out I ran into James Lastovic, Paige Searcy, Kate Mansi, Matthew Ashford. Wow!
I’m so glad the performance was so good! You were very lucky to get to be there and share that special night, including all the special guests! Thank you for sharing that. 🙂
