Freddie Smith has been sharing lots of special moments on social media lately, the highlight of which are his live chats on FaceBook.

Tomorrow, September 22nd, at 4pm Pacific time / 7pm Eastern time, Freddie will be going live to share more with all his fans about his 90 Day Run journey and the progress he has made up to now.  In addition, Freddie will address as many questions as possible during his visit.
